You may cancel your order within 12hrs of placing it by contacting our support team at info@bizsensors.com. Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

Non-refundable items

Digital downloads, services already availed, or perishable items may not be eligible for a refund.
